1. Acceptance and who we are

These terms apply to your use of vexra.ae ("the website"), operated by VEXRA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE ("VEXRA", "we"), based in the United Arab Emirates. By using the website you accept these terms.

2. The website and pilot requests

The website is for information. A pilot request asks us to contact you on WhatsApp to discuss a pilot of VEXRA Clinic at your clinic. It does not create a contract. Any pilot is agreed separately, in writing.

3. VEXRA Clinic

VEXRA Clinic is provided to clinics under a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.

4. Automated replies are not medical advice

  • The agent answers booking and service questions. It does not give medical advice.
  • In an emergency, call 998 (ambulance) or 999.
  • Complaints, payments and medical questions are passed to clinic staff.
  • The accuracy of services, prices and schedules depends on the data the clinic provides.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the website or VEXRA Clinic unlawfully or to send spam.
  • Do not test the security of, scrape or reverse-engineer the website or VEXRA Clinic.
  • Follow Meta and WhatsApp policies when you use channels connected to VEXRA Clinic.

6. Clinic responsibilities

Clinics that use VEXRA Clinic are responsible for:

  • keeping their services, prices, doctors and schedules accurate;
  • obtaining patients' opt-in lawfully;
  • complying with their health regulator (DHA, DoH or MOHAP).

7. Meta services

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are services of Meta Platforms and are governed by Meta's own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The website, the VEXRA name and logo, and the VEXRA Clinic software belong to VEXRA or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided for information, as it is.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the website or VEXRA Clinic if these terms are breached, or to protect patients, clinics or the service. Ending the use of VEXRA Clinic follows the clinic's agreement.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. Disputes are settled by the courts of Umm Al Quwain.

12. Changes and contact
