Who this is for

  • Anyone who messaged a clinic through VEXRA Clinic.
  • Anyone who submitted the pilot request form on vexra.ae.

How to request deletion

Contact us in either of these ways:

Include the phone number or profile you used and, if you messaged a clinic, the clinic's name.

What is deleted, and what may be kept

  • We delete your pilot request and the VEXRA Clinic conversation data we hold for you.
  • We may keep data that we are required to keep by law.
  • Medical records held by the clinic itself are the clinic's responsibility. We coordinate with the clinic, and you can also ask the clinic directly.

Timeline

  • We acknowledge your request within 72 hours.
  • We complete it within 30 days.
  • Every request gets a confirmation code, sent on the same channel your request came from.
